Olive Grandison

A comic ingenue whose short-lived career began in the Midwest, Olive Grandison appeared in Chicago and adjacent cities in an 1899 tour of Eddie Girard's star vehicle, "Hunting for Hawkins." Her final appearances were in the 1901 revival of Henry V. Esmond's sentimental drama, "When We Were Twenty-One" at the Knickerbocker Theatre in New York. David S. Shields/ALS
